U of M Physician Larry Junck, MD, Elected to Help Lead State Medical Society, Serve on Board of Directors

Larry Junck, MD, a Professor of Neurology and Director of Neuro-oncology at the University of Michigan Medical School, was elected to the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) Board of Directors during the 154th annual meeting of the MSMS House of Delegates annual meeting May 4th and 5th in Kalamazoo.

Doctor Junck received his medical degree from the University of Michigan, and will represent physicians from south east Michigan on the MSMS Board.

Doctor Junck has been on the faculty of the U-M Medical School since 1983, and has led the Neuro-oncology Division of the Department of Neurology and the Neuro-oncology Program of the U-M Comprehensive Cancer Center since 2001. His practice focuses on brain tumors and neurological complications of cancer. 

He previously received the Outstanding Clinician Award from U-M Medical School and currently sits on the Executive Council for the Washtenaw County Medical Society.
