Mark Hall, JD, Turnage Professor of Law and Director of Health Law and Policy at Wake Forest University is a nationally recognized authority on health law, with a substantial body of work comprising over twenty books on the subject.  Doctor Hall's extensive experience includes serving on the research faculty at Wake Forest University Medical School and providing consultation to government officials, foundations, and think tanks on various health policy matters.

Tom George, MD, MSMS CEO in collaboration with leaders from several Michigan specialty societies, recently communicated concerns to Michigan's Attorney General regarding potential violations of the CPOM law.  This joint effort aims to encourage the Attorney General to leverage her enforcement capabilities to safeguard the well-being of Michigan patients.

With the continuing expansion of for-profit health care entities owned by non-physicians, understanding the implications of Michigan’s law is crucial. Don't miss this enlightening session as we navigate the legal landscape of CPOM in Michigan.
