MSMS has partnered with Wakely Consulting Group, an HMA Company, to create a survey to gain an understanding of your organization's journey toward value-based payments.  Survey responses will be aggregated, de-identified, and shared back with practices in a report format to provide greater understanding of the state of value-based payment adoption in Michigan. This information will also assist MSMS is their advocacy with health plans.
