Lou C. Edje, MD, MHPE, FAAFP, Re-elected to AMA Council on Medical Education
Doctor Edje, a dedicated member of the MSMS Board of Directors, has been re-elected to the American Medical Association (AMA) Council on Medical Education. This prestigious role reflects her enduring commitment to advancing medical education and promoting excellence in physician training and professional development. Doctor Edje currently serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education at the University of Michigan Medical School, where she also holds the inaugural David M. Wu, MD, and Bernadine E. Wu, MD, Endowed Professorship.
Michael J. Redinger, MD, Appointed to AMA Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs
Doctor Redinger, a former member of the MSMS Board of Directors and an Associate Professor at Western Michigan University’s Homer Stryker, MD, School of Medicine, has been appointed to the AMA’s Council on Ethical and Judicial Affairs (CEJA). CEJA plays a vital role in upholding the ethical standards of the medical profession, and Doctor Redinger brings forth a deep commitment to medical ethics and professional integrity.
