Angela Criswell is a licensed insurance agent in health and accident and property and casualty and has a BA in marketing and management from Northwood University. She has been with MSMS for a total of 25 years.  Her experience at MSMS started in the Department of Medical Economics and Health Care Delivery and after a few years it led to a new opportunity as a MSMS Member Service Representative. She has been in MSMS PIA for 15 years where her focus has been providing group health and professional liability insurance to our physicians and their office staff. 

Diane Wheelock has been with MSMS PIA for 18 years and is a licensed insurance agent in health, life, and disability. She began as a customer service representative, moving into an agent support and then as a Medicare, individual and group health. Diane enjoys working with physician members, their staff and families navigating the complexities of insurance and has built many enjoyable relationships through the years.
