Flint Physician Elected to Help Lead State Medical Society, Serve on Board of Directors

Nita Kulkarni, MD, an obstetrician and gynecologist practicing in Flint, was elected to the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) Board of Directors during the 154th annual meeting of the MSMS House of Delegates annual meeting May 4th and 5th in Kalamazoo.

A graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, Doctor Kulkarni serves patients in Flint and from across Genesee County.  As a District Director, she will represent physicians from Genesee County.  The MSMS Board of Directors sets policies and oversees operations for the medical society headquartered in East Lansing.

The Michigan State Medical Society is a professional association of more than 15,000 Michigan physicians.
