State Shapes Administrative Rules for ‘Medical Marihuana’ Law
The Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH), Bureau of Health Professions currently is processing administrative rules for the Michigan Medical Marihuana Program (MMMP), developing program forms, and holding a public hearing on January 5 for input. MDCH also has created an informational website about the MMMP.
