Blue Cross Extends Medicare Advantage PPO Deadline
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is extending the application process for its new Medicare Advantage PPO Network into January (although it has not yet issued a new deadline). MSMS continues to raise issues with BCBSM based on member inquiries and concerns, which has resulted in more information coming from BCBSM.

Help MSMS Delay ICD-10 Implementation
MSMS is working to delay the implementation of ICD-10--scheduled to take effect October 1, 2011--in order to allow more time for physicians and their staff to prepare. You can help push for a delay by sending a letter to HHS Secretary Michael Leavitt.
