Medicaid Provider Training Sessions

The Michigan Department of Community Health is currently offering assistance to the following:

PROFESSIONAL & DENTAL: MDCH will be scheduling 45 minute sessions per office, with a Provider Consultant. For your convenience there will also be a CHAMPS Navigation and ICD-10 Specialist on-hand for additional assistance. Only one registration per office will be accepted.
