Physicians and their patients must be in charge of new forms of organized care.  Organized systems of care and ACOs need to be physician driven.  This conference will identify the reasons this is an imperative and the approaches necessary to make it happen.  It will also challenge health systems and hospitals to acknowledge physicians' appropriate role in these entities.
