Justice Resignation Reinforces Need to Keep Justice Young on the Bench

Now that the Michigan Supreme Court has a new majority upon the resignation of Justice Elizabeth Weaver, it's more important than ever to keep Justice Robert Young on the bench. Endorsed by MDPAC, Justice Young has a record of upholding existing laws--such as out tort reform laws--instead of legislating from the bench.
