Problem Solving for Office Issues

Offices small and large have similar problems and areas of concern. Whether you have been an office manager or administrator for a short or long time, or are moving toward becoming one and new ideas and workable solutions are always helpful. This interactive session is for those charged with leadership roles in offices. Increasing your personal and offi ce effi ciency while keeping patient flow and employee management under control is a balancing job. Once you succeed at it, your offi ce will run smoother, your patients will be happier and your employees easier to work with. Just a few areas to ask yourself if you can use some new ideas in dealing with: Does your staff seem to divide into two camps: front office and back office?; Does this cause daily “drama” for you?; Is there a frequent back up of patients in the front office?; Sometimes for either checking in or checking out?; Are you wishing for some time to catch up before patients started arriving?
